process to ensure the new material is uniformly delivered around the world . For a chapter to be certified , the Basileus , Membership Chairman , and Graduate Advisor ( for undergraduate chapters ) must be certified .
Certification is required for chapters seeking to have a Membership Experience :
• Graduate Chapters seeking to hold Graduate Membership Experience - Basileus and Membership Chairman
• Undergraduate Chapter seeking to hold Undergraduate Membership Experience - Basileus , Membership Chairman and Graduate Advisor
Chapters meeting this requirement during this certification workshop will be eligible to request approval for a Spring 2023 Membership Experience .
This certification workshop is designed to certify chapters in the Membership Experience and provide them with the tools and guidelines necessary for this transformational process for candidates and sorors .
This new process will :
• Provide candidates with a consistent experience globally
• Focus on identifying and selecting candidates of the highest quality
• Focus on developing bonds between line sisters and their chapter members

Central Region Representative to the International Membership Committee member , Miriam Hornbuckle Grays , will provide an overview of all membership initiatives including the Membership Experience , Retention and Reclamation , during a presentation at Cluster conferences .
More details will be provided during the following events :
• Membership Experience Facilitator Certification , November 4 - 6 , 2022 , in Chicago , Illinois
• Plenary Report and one Membership Workshop at every Regional Conference
• Membership Experience Facilitator Certification at Leadership Seminar 2023
Additionally , each chapter will receive the revised ‘ Reactivation Toolkit ’ in the Fall 2022 mailing .
