And that ’ s the most rewarding part of my job : seeing how working with our dogs , recipients ’ lives are changed .”

SERVICE DOGS ALABAMA
Mission : Service Dogs Alabama ( SDA ) trains and provides service dogs for people with medical and psychiatric disabilities as well as intervention facility dogs . SDA provides recipients with confidence and independence , enabling them to reach their full potential .
Background : Service Dogs Alabama has been providing highly trained service dogs to people in need since 2015 .
Brag Lines : We are the only Assistances Dogs International accredited training in Alabama .
ORGANIZATION WISH LIST :
• Puppy raisers and socializers : Volunteers to help raise the puppies and socialize the dogs in training .
• Applicants : We need applications for service dogs . We have PTSD , mobility , seizure awareness and autism dogs currently being trained .
