“ Most of the care offered by Medical Outreach Ministries is provided by volunteer medical professionals . We currently have 15 volunteer physicians , as well as a volunteer nurse practitioner , mental health counselor , diabetes educator , physical therapist , nurses , pharmacists and administrative volunteers . Their faithful support allows us to offer a wide range of medical services . But their commitment to giving back and serving our patients is what makes MOM a special place to receive care .”

Mission : As a witness for Jesus Christ , Medical Outreach Ministries exists to minister to the physical , emotional and spiritual needs of the medically underserved by providing free healthcare services .

• MOM ’ s pharmacy provides more than 17,000 free prescriptions each year for their patients .
• MOM ’ s Diabetes Self-Management Education program is the only free , volunteer-run program in the nation that is recognized by the American Diabetes Association .
• The Uber Health program has provided more than 2,500 free rides to patients .
