7 p.m. and 5 p.m., respectively, in the Performing Arts Center.
Theatre
Cedar Hill High School production honors students
have written and directed adaptations of popular 1980s
movies. Students will perform three one-act plays
based on “The Breakfast Club,” “Home Alone” and
“The Shining.” See the show Friday, May 11, at 7 p.m. in
Hawkins Hall. Tickets are $5 at the door.
Orchestra
Third- through 12th-grade orchestra students will perform Friday, May 4, at
7 p.m. in the Performing Arts Center. Musicians from Bray Elementary, the
Bessie Coleman and Permenter middle schools, the Ninth Grade Center and
Cedar Hill High School will participate. Each campus will perform selections.
The finale will feature all of the students playing together.
