• Document Management
All the client’s medical and social records;
You are encouraged to read your client’s history so you learn more
about the client.
Your Cluster Manager will scan all important reports and records
about the client and store them in this zone. CDS will no longer
maintain client records in paper format.
• Case Management
This is located under the Data Entry Tab;
This field is not yet complete. In time, it will look like the ‘All About Me’
document.
However, some information is already being stored there.
