This is information on the manual tasks required to take care of your
client (eg: toilet, eating, bathing etc).
It is useful for people who are new to CDS. It is also useful if you are
caring for a client that you do not look after regularly. It will be kept up to
date by the Level 3 House Managers. Quick Care is helpful information.
It does not replace the Person Centred Plan.
• PCP Tab
The Personal Care Plan is the key document giving up to date
information on your client’s life and goals. You should read this
document regularly.
