States Post Office . If Client fails to supply written cancellation as specified before the wedding date or cancels within 30 days of the wedding date , Client shall be required to pay the full balance due .
Travel Expenses :
Weddings that require travel by CBP photographers will be determined by CBP on a caseby-case basis and the fees and expenses associated with such travel will be agreed to as part of the package and pricing list . All accommodations relating to travel must be approved by CBP before any travel arrangements are finalized .
Limitation of Liability :
While every reasonable effort will be made to create and deliver quality photographs of the wedding events , the entire liability of CBP to Client for any claim , loss , injury , or damage arising from or relating to this Agreement or the performance hereunder of any CBP photographer , is limited to a refund to Client of the amount received by CBP in connection with the wedding photography . In the unlikely event of unforeseen illness , emergency or any other circumstance beyond CBP ’ s control , Client agrees that a competent photographer of high qualifications may be substituted by CBP to fulfill the photography obligations of CBP herein contracted . If CBP or her agent is unable to perform any or all of the duties herein for any reason , including but not limited to , fire , transportation problems , acts of God , accident , illness , or technical problems , and if she cannot provide another competent professional , all money received by CBP , minus expenses , will be returned to Client , and CBP shall have no further liability with respect to this agreement . This limitation of liability also applies to any loss / damage of photographs or failure to deliver photographs for any reason . Liability for a partial loss of photographs shall be pro-rated based on the percentage of total . The sole remedy for any actions or claims shall be limited to a refund whose total amount cannot exceed the total monies paid by Client under this Agreement during the time preceding the date on which such liability arises .
Food :
Client agrees to provide a meal for CBP and her Second Photographer ( if present ) on the day of the wedding . CBP and her Second Photographer will be served the same meal and will eat in the same room as the wedding guests . This is a precaution for optimal photo coverage .
Discs and / or Thumb Drives :
Upon receipt of a disc and / or thumb drive , Client accepts all responsibility for archiving and protecting the photographs . CBP does not permanently archive image files . CBP is not responsible for the lifespan of any digital media provided or for any future changes in
