Claes Tigerstrand , Outokumpu
Claes Tigerstrand has an M . Sc . degree in mechanical engineering and over 20 years of experience in the technical marketing of stainless steels , particularly related to duplex and structural engineering . He has worked in several different managerial positions for Outokumpu , covering R & D , technical & quality , and sales & marketing . Currently , Mr Tigerstrand is heading the technical value creation team for the heavy industry sector globally , with a special focus on applications such as storage tanks and pressure vessels for chemical process , pulp & paper , water treatment and mineral processing industry segments . He is based in Avesta , Sweden
Masaki Ueyama , Nippon Steel Corporation
Masaki Ueyama majored in Material Science at Kyoto University where he obtained a Master ’ s degree . He joined Sumitomo Metals in 2004 and was in charge of quality control and new alloy development for stainless steels / Ni-based alloys seamless tube / pipe products . In 2012 Sumitomo Metals merged with NIPPON STEEL , and in March 2019 , Masaki moved to NIPPON STEEL NORTH AMERICA in Houston , Texas where he promoted products to the North American customers . In October 2023 , he returned to NIPPON STEEL headquarters in Tokyo where he is in charge of technical management regarding seamless tube / pipe products .

Vigneshwar Prabu is the Managing Director of Masterscan Engineering . An engineer at heart , he holds a Master ’ s degree in Science from a US university and brings 16 years of combined experience in IT software architecture and process automation to his role . Vigneshwar ’ s current focus is on asset integrity solutions in the oil and gas industry . He is passionate about utilising digital twin technology , robotics , drones , and AI to effectively maintain , manage , and preserve assets within the energy sector . He is a Certified NDT professional from ASNT , BiNDT PCN , DNV Signatory , SAC SINGLAS Signatory , and Executive Committee Member of NDT Society Singapore .
Alexis Duchene , Fives DMS
Alexis Duchene is the Sales & Marketing Director at Fives DMS , a Fives ’ subsidiary specialised in mechanical equipment and cold rolling mills . Alexis has close to 20 years of experience in engineering and sales for capital projects and services at Fives DMS . He holds an engineering degree from École Centrale de Nantes and a specialised Master ’ s Degree from MINES ParisTech , France .
Petter Nilsen , AOS
Petter is the CEO of Asia Offshore Solutions Pte Ltd ( AOS ). His career started in Norway and he now has 25 years of expertise in the oil and gas industry . He has successfully founded several companies , and in recent years , he has concentrated on transforming AOS into a leading specialist supply and asset integrity company in the Asia-Pacific region . Driven by a strong passion for new technology , particularly aerial and subsea drones , Petter has positioned AOS as an innovative partner for clients , providing solutions to complex problems while minimizing human exposure .
