meno intenso, Sapore e profumo: secco, leggermente vivace, vnoso e speziato. Perfetto
abbinamento con carno rosse e formaggi mediamente stagionati. Da servire ad una
temperatura di circa 22°C.
TASTING NOTES
Production area: Piedmont (Asti and Alessandria districts). Color : ruby red, Flavour and
taste: dry, slightly lively, vinous with spicy notes. Perfect match with red meats and medium
seasoned cheeses.
