SWIMMING POOL
Typically cleaning the villa takes place straight after each check-out. If you would like to schedule for cleaning please let the property manager know, this will come at an extra cost. If you would like to use the laundry service also let the property manager know. You can find an iron and its table in the storage room along with the washing machine. In case of spills, stains, or maintenance issues please contact the property manager.
Pool rules:
Please do not use glass cups or ceramic plates around the swimming pool.
If you have kids please make sure they are always supervised. We can build a fence around the pool for extra safety if you have toddlers (comes at an extra cost).
Hours of operation: 24 hours (Just please keep the voices low beyond 10 pm as respect for the neighbors).
Pool maintenance contact: If you notice any leaves or dirt in the pool please don't hesitate to call the property manager to clean the pool (no charge).
Please note that the gardener and swimming pool cleaner will be accessing the villa from the garden door at the back between 9 am and 1 pm to clean the pool, and to water the plants. Please coordinate with the villa manager if this causes any inconvenience.
