F CitaMed streamlines the appointment process with sophisticated automation technology ocused on helping doctors and healthcare facilities operate more efficiently, CitaMed provides fully automated appointment confirmation technology, along with marketing tools to ensure a steady patient inflow. Established in 2011, and aligned with NeoDeck Holdings in 2013, it recognized a need in the local market for a sophisticated system that would help providers effectively manage large numbers of patient appointments, while eliminating stress for physicians and patients alike. Launching a beta version with five doctors, it conducted a three-month free trial, with a monthly fee offered at the end of the trial period.
