Popular Japanese car magazine Auto fashion Import (AF Imp) kicked off its European car super carnival in the heat of Tokyo. The magazine, which focuses solely on the Japanese love of imported European cars, has a reputation for highlighting not just the vehicles but also their proud owners.
This year’s carnival saw the attendance of hundreds of unique European made vehicles that are owned by Japanese car enthusiasts, which included some well-known brand names such as Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Volkswagen and Audi. Not only that, the carnival also displayed vehicles from a number of European supercar manufacturers, such as Lamborghini, Ferrari, Bugatti and even Porsche.
As a Japanese carnival, some of the vehicles that were brought in to the event showed a unique Japanese flavour, with owners customising their vehicles to a level that’s not seen in other parts of the world.
