After a delicious plant-based lunch , you ’ ll have the opportunity to create your own bundle of trunks and tree branches from seedling native trees harvested at Pittsburgh Botanic Garden .
April 20 also marks the beginning of Dogwood Days . With a natural grove of more than 200 dogwood trees , the gardens look spectacular ! Dogwood Days run through April 30 for 10 days of educational programs and fun activities . When the dogwoods are in bloom , it ’ s one of the most beautiful times to visit .
