The Dual Enrollment Program enables qualified public , private and home education students in the 10th , 11th and 12th grades or equivalent to enroll in select college and vocational credit programs and courses offered by Eastern Florida State College .

GETTING STARTED
1 . Qualify : Meet with your school counselor to see if you qualify
2 . Apply : Submit the online EFSC application for admission
3 . View and Submit : Online Dual Enrollment orientation
4 . Test : Schedule a PERT or ACCUPLACER NG if you don ’ t have a qualifying college placement test score or alternative placement method on file with EFSC
5 . Schedule : The required initial advising appointment with your High School Outreach Advisor and plan your college courses
6 . Register : Complete your Dual Enrollment course registration
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
3 Must be a public , private or home school secondary student in Brevard County
3 Have an unweighted cumulative high school GPA of at least 3.0 for an Associate Degree program
3 Have an unweighted cumulative high school GPA of at least 2.5 for a certificate program
3 Have reading and writing scores on the ACT , SAT , SAT Digital , PERT , ACCUPLACER NG and / or Alternative Placement Methods for applicable programs
