WHAT IS IT ?
EFSC ’ s Heating , Ventilation , Air Conditioning / Refrigeration program , also known as HVAC , is a 1,350 clock hour program designed to train students in skills necessary to obtain employment in installation , service and repair by mechanical and refrigeration contractors , dealers and related commercial businesses .
Graduates of the program follow an HVAC course curriculum that prepares them for entry-level positions and are eligible to take the EPA certification exam .
Note : The program is available on the EFSC Cocoa campus and requires a special application process . The Heating , Ventilation , Air Conditioning / Refrigeration program is structured as full-time .
