Bridgewater State University’ s MSA program provides the managerial perspectives and technical accounting skills professionals need to successfully navigate the complexities of today’ s financial reporting and disclosure practices. The program prepares working professionals for management-level careers in the field of accounting. Designed to accommodate the schedules of professionals in the field, the program allows you to choose either a full or part-time option. Delivered in a flexible, adaptable format, you can maintain your professional and family obligations while earning a degree that provides graduates with the technical accounting and practical problem-solving skills necessary for advancement in an increasingly competitive field.
Admissions Requirements:
• Online application— A completed online application and $ 50 application fee
• Resume— A resume which demonstrates the applicant’ s potential for leadership and academic achievement as evidenced by activities during his or her professional career or undergraduate business studies
• Transcripts— Official transcripts of all undergraduate and graduate course work
• Bachelor’ s Degree— A bachelor’ s degree from a four-year accredited college or university; if the degree has not yet been awarded at the time of the application, the successful applicant must be nearing completion of the bachelor’ s degree
• Letters of Recommendation— Three letters of recommendation, at least one each from academic and professional references
• GMAT Scores— Official copy of scores from the Graduate management Admissions Test( GMAT)
• Personal Statement— Prepare a brief, but careful statement regarding the reasons you want to pursue graduate work in this field, your specific interest and experiences in this field, and your career goals.
