RUNNERS’ VILLAGE
Refuel, Recuperate, Revive
Situated on the lawns outside Cardiff City Hall a short walk down from the ? nish line, not only is the Runners’ Village a fantastic place to meet friends and family at the end of the race, it’s also home to a host of fantastic food and drink retailers, our live music stage, and a range of charities and local businesses. Capital FM will be on hand to keep spirits high, as will Lloyds Bank, the South Wales Echo and many helpful volunteers who’ll be able to point you in the right direction of the start, or more importantly, the bar at the end of your 13.1 miles. The Runners’ Village, open from 7am, is the perfect place to relax, recuperate and celebrate your success with a well deserved massage from The Inspire Physiotherapy Programme from Cardiff University physiotherapy students. Once you’ve had your soothing massage and you’re feeling a little livelier, you can also enjoy the best of our live music stage. Starting at 7.30am with an energetic zumba class, there’ll be live music programmed right through until the end of the event. Of? cial race merchandise will be on sale throughout the day alongside some exclusive I Loves The ‘Diff merchandise, and for any queries about the race, our race our General queries tent is here to help. For a full list of food and drink retailers and a conclusive live music lineup, consult your accompanying fold-out spectator guide as well as our website at www.cardiffhalfmarathon.co.uk
