For the ?rst time, this year’s Lloyds Bank Cardiff Half Marathon features a Corporate Relay for keen colleagues to run together and complete the half marathon course and raise as much money for charity as possible. In teams of three, colleagues will run legs of 10km, 6km and 5km. With prizes on offer for the fastest all-male, all-female and mixed team, runners will be pushing themselves to not only raise the most in sponsorship (for which there is also a prize), but to take the proud title of fastest company. The perfect team building challenge and a great way to encourage corporate responsibility, ?tness and camaraderie, the race should prove an exciting competition to watch for spectators at the various changeover stations as the runners race to be the ?rst to the change. All teams receive the bene?ts of a pre and post-race VIP area among a host of other bene?ts. Good luck to all teams taking part.
