muscle car. The LS1 engine is both
lightweight and durable, and its performance credentials are well-established. It’s a neat fit in the 3100’s engine bay and in many ways looks just
like the factory might have done it.
All the Camaro’s accessories were included in the swap, including power
steering and 4-wheel disc brakes.
There’s an A-arm front suspension re-
placing the original I-beam axle, so it
rides and handles like a car, not a vintage truck, and out back a set of 3.23
gears in the Camaro rear end make it
very highway-friendly. This truck also
received the Camaro’s 4L60E 4-speed
automatic overdrive transmission
plus a set of custom headers and a
rumbling dual exhaust system. The
