The DOM for September was 201 , up 33.1 % from 151 days last month and down 17.3 % from 243 days in September of last year . The September 2017 DOM was at a mid level compared with September of 2016 and 2015 .

Since Median Sales Price and Average Sales price can be impacted by the ' mix ' of high or low end Properties in the market , the selling price per square foot is a more normalized indicator on the direction of Property values . The September 2017 Selling Price per Square Foot of $ 234 was up 21.7 % from $ 192 last month and up 35.3 % from 173 in September of last year .

The September 2017 Selling Price vs Original List Price of 90.6 % was up from 83.8 % last month and up from 80.9 % in September of last year .
