The Average Sales Price in November was $ 198,407 , up 15.8 % from $ 171,374 in November of 2016 and up 4.1 % from $ 190,564 last month . November 2017 ASP was at the highest level compared to November of 2016 and 2015 .
Inventory & MSI The Total Inventory of Properties available for sale as of November was 2,086 , down 4.4 % from 2,183 last month and down 17.6 % from 2,533 in November of last year . November 2017 Inventory was at its lowest level compared with November of 2016 and 2015 .
