 RECOMMENDATION:
is safe to eat!
It would also be wise to
schedule and set consistent
times to head to the gym to
get your training in! In
these competition prep
weeks, you want to have as
few variables as possible.
Just always remember
consistency and
preparation.
And not to be forgotten or
neglected, schedule out
rest time and personal
time. It is SO important for
our bodies healing and
recovery to have sufficient
night’s sleep and be in a
good positive headspace.
Use glass containers for your
food storage and prepared
meals, especially for hot
foods. Plastic containers can
leach potentially harmful
chemicals into your foods as
they are a very porous
material (when was the last
time you saw a glass
container stained by
spaghetti sauce?). If you do
choose plastic containers for
cold food storage, find ones
that are BPA free. Otherwise,
stick to glass containers -
especially with hot foods.
