NEXT LEVEL MUSCLE BUILDING:
WHY YOU ARE NOT MAKING GAINS
This article is not going to include mainstream ideals to achieve better
body composition. It is going to shine a light on what is missed and
overlooked; the unsexy, root cause issues that don't get attention in
front page media or Instagram fitness videos.
Our bodies are a complicated series of systems that interact
synergistically. When performance, physique or leanness is your
goal, optimal functioning of these systems is necessary. The world
of bodybuilding is often associated with athletes who look like the
epitome of health yet feel like death throughout prep and show day.
What would shift if you could level up your health and wellbeing? An
enjoyable prep? Little to no post show rebounding? An extended career with
more opportunity to compete? A Pro Card?
Over the next four CPA Newsletter Issues I am going to take a deep dive into the four foundational
systems that will optimize your health and competition career; I will include what you need to know,
the obstacles and the shifts needed to make the gains that you are looking for;
• The 5 Impairments To Digestion Synonymous with Bodybuilding
• Sleep: What the Research Says About Sleep and Body Composition
• Detox Properly
