The symptoms of sugar withdrawal are similar to symptoms observed when somebody comes off of narcotics. Now that I have demonized sugar so much, is all sugar bad for you? I never like to label foods as good or bad. I do not think that having an occasional cookie or ice cream from time to time impacts your health negatively in the long term.
