That is because they emitted
negative vibrations from their
space into yours. When you walked
away you took those negative
vibrations with you. It then takes
time to transfer that energy back
into a positive state.
This will only result in your mind
not allowing you to commit to
something fully it believes you do
not deserve any way.
I challenge my clients to SMASH
THE NEGATIVE and SWITCH TO
POSITIVE.
How do you do this?
Every-time you say something
negative to yourself, stop yourself.
Acknowledge the negative thought
and dismiss it.
Now that you have released the
negative hold that thought had
over you, switch it to a positive
tone.
The same goes for self-talk.
When you say negative things
about yourself you only feel
worse not better Immediately
those words may create some
form of action, but over
time as you continue to talk to
yourself in a negative tone, you
will train your brain to think in a
negative tone.
You see your brain is a muscle,
and you train it the same way you
do your glutes or biceps, via
repetition. Just imagine if your
brain hears over and over again
that you are not good enough, you
are not worthy, you are not in
shape, you are not ……you are
not… you are not.
Example:
I will never get in shape because I
have too much going on in my life.
vs
I am going to work hard to get the
shape I deserve and push through
any limitations that come my way.
"You can’t

into loving
yourself"
