HEAD JUDGE CORNER In the first five months of the competitive season, it has been a great round for the competitors. The competitors have truly shown their physiques in the best light and the quality of posing this year has improved. The athletes are realizing the importance of the presentation round and are doing their homework and coming prepared. When choosing your poses, ensure that they are category specific. Just a reminder.  The most muscular pose is not a men’s physique pose. You want to make the most of the time on stage and chose poses that highlight your assets and minimize your flaws. The old analogy holds true, if you fail to plan, plan to fail. I encourage all athletes to keep practicing posing and we’ll see you soon on the CPA stage.  Rudy Jambrosic Head Judge Canadian Physique Alliance IFBB Pro Judge Issue 27 | 234 CANADIAN PHYSIQUE ALLIANCE
