That theory is also within the Chris Bumstead well balanced lifestyle as he trained with his sister IFBB Pro Melissa Bumstead and brother-in-law IFBB Pro and 2023 Toronto Pro show bodybuilding champion Ian Valliere who for many years was his mentor and trainer . This leads me to believe that the family that trains together stays together , ‘ point and case ’ in that group of 19 Junior Men Classic Physique competitors , there were 3 brothers all under the age of 23 competing together , the Serour brothers .
