IF YOU QUIT
YOUR PREP,
THEN ALL THAT
YOU HAVE LEFT
TO THINK
ABOUT IS WHAT
HAPPENED.
Don’t Go Hide In A Hole
If you quit your prep, then all that you have left to
think about is what happened. Quitting doesn’t
bring your loved one back or erase what has
happened. When you continue to forge ahead, you
will not just maintain a better balance, but you will
be honoring your loss with your perseverance.
Remember, you will never regret the things you
did, but you will always regret the things you
didn’t.
Don’t Feel Guilty
It is difficult for anyone to feel grateful for being
alive while at the same time grieve the loss of a
loved one. It is natural to feel that you could have
done more, but please know that everyone who
could have done something, including you, did
everything they could. You need to know that
mourning the loss does not mean you have to
punish yourself. Replace your feelings of guilt with
feelings of gratitude and make it your
responsibility to honor those lost by becoming
your best.
