Now you’re going to compete at one of
the Pro Qualifiers. If you place in the top
5 at any Pro Qualifier you are qualified to
compete at any of the Pro Qualifiers
until Dec 31st of the following year. It is
the same for the natural stream, top 5 at
either the Natural Canada’s or the Ben
Weider Naturals will qualify you in both
Natural Pro Qualifiers up to December
31st of the following year.
In 2018 top 5 from all open regional
shows up to October 20th, 2018
(Canadian National Pro Qualifier) are
qualified to compete at all open Pro
Qualifiers to December 31st of 2019. If
you placed in the top 3 after October 20,
2018 (Canadian National Pro Qualifier)
you are qualified up to December 31st,
2019. Top 5 from all Naturals regional
shows up to August 4th, 2018 (Natural
Canada’s) are qualified to compete at
the Natural Canada Pro Qualifier until
December 31st, 2019. Top 3 from all
Natural regional shows after August 4th,
2018 qualify to the 2019 Natural Canada
Pro Qualifier.
Top 5 from Pro Qualifiers in Canada are
qualified to compete at one of the next 2
North Americans, top 6 to 15 qualify to
the next North American. Like the North
American’s, top 5 from the 2018 Natural
Canada’s are also qualified to compete
at the first ever Ben Weider
Naturals in Montreal, Quebec and the top 6
to 15 from 2019 Natural Canada qualify to
the 2019 Ben Weider Naturals. The Natural
Canada is the only qualifier to the Ben
Weider naturals.
Remember we have added a True Novice
division in our regional shows for
competitors who never competed. We also
have the Novice division for those who
never competed or never placed in the top
3 at any regional event. The True Novice
and Novice division are for bragging rights
only, not a qualification to a Pro Qualifier.
Finally, you need to be a current member of
the CPA to compete and your membership
fee does not cover your registration fee.
Memberships run the calendar year
(January to December) regardless of when
you join your membership expires on
December 31st of the year you joined.
