CANADIAN PHYSIQUE ALLIANCE FALL ISSUE SEPTEMBER/OCTOBER | Page 99
AFTER THE BATTLE
WAS OVER AND THE
DUST HAD SETTLED,
I WAS LEFT WITH A
SECOND PLACE
SILVER MEDAL IN
THE MEN’S MASTER
CHAMPIONSHIPS
I trained everyday for 6
months making gains with
every workout. I felt
amazing especially seeing
my abs and obliques for the
first time in 16 years. It was
time to step on stage at the
Fouad Bodybuilding Show on
May 18, 2019. My daughters
and friends were there
cheering me on. My boss
was also at the bodybuilding
show--Centurion Systems
sponsored many
bodybuilding shows over
2017 -2019.
The competition was fierce at
the Fouad show and I won a
respectable 3rd Bronze
medal. My daughters and
myself got, “A Dream, Come
True”. I did what I said I was
going to do.
No resting allowed, I
continued my quest and hard
training, sometimes twice a
day for the Toronto Pro
SuperShow. May 31st was
here and it was time to
compete again. I felt good
and was ready. After the
battle was over and the dust
had settled, I was left with a
second place silver medal in
the Men’s Master
Championships. I felt
accomplished, with abs and
all.
My next bodybuilding
competitions will be the
GNC/ALLMAX Canadian
National Pro Qualifier being held
October 18 & 19, 2019 and the
International Arnold Classic,
March 05 – 08, 2020 in
Columbus, Ohio.
I am back in the bodybuilding
world only to get better
performance and to live a
healthy lifestyle promoting
fitness and health with Herbalife
Nutrition.
Mr. Olympia I’m on my way. See
you there 2022.
