treatment and
drugs had
destroyed my
muscles and
androgens in my
body. Oh well,
time to rebuild.
I had made a promise to my
daughters, Mercedes and Chanelle,
that one day they would see me
compete and I was going to keep that
promise. In December 2018, Coach
Christine of Herbalife24 decided she
wanted to train for a competition and
would like me to train her as well. We
both used all of the Herbalife24
Proteins and Supplements and I felt
great loosing the fat and building
muscles. I had great muscle memory
and the size and shape were coming
on quickly. We were both looking
great and were doing posts to social
media showing our month to month
progress. I set the dates for my
competition which was the
GNC/Allmax Fouad Bodybuilding
Show in May, 2019 followed by the
Toronto Super Pro SuperShow May 31 -
June 02.
