BLAKE COURSE
From then until now, I have competed my
way to a national class win in the ‘Classic
Physique D’ division at the 2018 Canadian
Nationals show (I am coming to win this
year)!
Within that time, I have studied
bodybuilding through my mentor Dorian
Hamilton, various books, online forums
and I became an ISSA certified
bodybuilding specialist. This has allowed
me to build a roster of young aspiring
competitors who I coach and mentor
through various CPA shows. Myself and
my friend Brandon Mendoza have
recently combined efforts under the
name ‘Team Vision’. Team Vision is for
anyone looking to elevate their standards.
Whether they are first time competitors
or seasoned pros, we work together to
bring them in at their absolute best.
My name is Blake Course and I am a 27-
year-old classic physique competitor
Family is also very important to me and I
from Burlington, Ontario. To me, the feel that is necessary to point out as I
CPA is THE road to the IFBB and a

dream for all of us living and involved at the CPA have been great
competing in Canada. I quickly
recognized the leagues legitimacy
when I joined in 2016 – from the posing
seminars, athletes’ meetings, to the
stage I thought “these guys are for real”.
believe the CPA is no different. Everyone

they are part of the reason we have so
many top pros competing at the highest
level. I feel very fortunate to be a part of
this organization
Finally, I will say that I am looking
forward to involving myself further in the
industry and help bodybuilding continue
to grow here in Canada.
