CANADIAN PHYSIQUE ALLIANCE FALL ISSUE SEPTEMBER/OCTOBER | Page 20
Now, it's time
to pay
it forward!
Bolt earned the title of being the first
Canadian female wheelchair bodybuilder. She
says she is grateful to be the first but didn’t
compete for herself.
“My reasoning for showing up to the
competition was strictly to influence others.
For those others who haven’t done it, said they
couldn’t do it, and those who built themselves
a box of hurdles. I don’t need to be number
one. When you’re number one it’s great, but
what can I do with that? Pay it forward.”
