Since then, Mai has won: a provincial
show, Ontario's, and placed 3rd at
Nationals last year. She has also
competed at the Amateur Olympia
where she was the only bikini athlete
sponsored by the CPA to represent our
Canadian athletes. She has been
sponsored by many different
supplement companies and has
worked for Inside Fitness and Muscle
Insider.
What began as a little transformation
to lose some weight turned into a
Mai's fitness journey started in
January 2013 when she found a
generic online plan that
promised if she followed it
completely, she would lose
weight. After seeing some results,
she became more motivated to
not only lose weight, but to be in
the best shape of her life. Fast
forward to September 2013: she
hires her first coach to prepare
for her first bikini competition
with the CPA. Mai competed at
the London Regional Show and
won her overall title - what a feat
for being her first show!

Card, having competed in over 8
shows with 2 more this year.  Mai
continues to work with her coach
from Team T-Rex, to strive for her
goals.
