BIKINI PRO QUALIFIER
REVIEW
BY RUDY JAMBROSIC
On October 20th, 400 athletes graced
the Canadian National Pro Qualifier
stage in Toronto. The quality of
athletes was tremendous. Since the
show, I’ve had numerous questions
about the overall bikini winner for
both Masters and Open. I will explain
the process in selecting the overall
winner.
The judging panel consists of seven
judges and a head judge. In the
overalls, the head judge’s scores are
not included in the final placings. In
the open bikini class, there were eight
athletes and the judges scored
independently, giving each athlete a
score of one to eight. The high score
and the low score for each competitor
is eliminated. The other five judges
scores are added and the athlete
receives a total score. The athlete with
the lowest number will be placed first
