GET C REATIVE WITH YOUR C ARDIO By Natasha Davis Take advantage of this beautiful summer and get creative with your training by taking your cardio outdoors! I think we can get stuck with the thought that having an effective and successful workout means spending lengthy time on a stationary cardio machine indoors. When we head to the same gym, day after day, we can easily get into a rut and begin to lose motivation or inspiration. That’s not to say we are not committed enough to our goals or do not want something bad enough – it’s 03 just real and honest boredom  with our surroundings.
