With technology now, there are apps like rebee which will pull up on your phone all the flyers for your local grocery stores and tell you where the best deals that week are. Not to mention, many grocery stores price match now, so all you have to do is show them the other stores flyer and they will give you the discounted price advertised at a different store. Shopping like this can be quite easy and let you get great products at a much cheaper price. When on sale, buy in bulk. If you see things like chicken breast, beef, or even fruits on sale, buy as much as you can afford and store them. The freezer can be your best friend and meats can be used later.
