EATING ON A
BUDGET
How often have you walked into a fast food
establishment and instantly notice that there
are hamburger options sold for a dollar yet a
salad with some chicken breast can be close to
$10?
This is a very common sight in the current
society we live in. Oftentimes at the grocery
store, boxes of cereal, cookies and chips are
much cheaper than buying fruits and
vegetables.
Not to mention, meats and other high protein
food sources can oftentimes be outside of
many people’s budgets at regular price.
Unfortunately, the average consumer who is
hooked on junk food looking to save some
money, ends up getting highly discouraged
when they might want to make healthier food
choices.
