EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION
All Exhibitors must pre-­‐register representatives prior to the Exhibit move-­‐in. Two Exhibit
Hall Only badges are provided per 8’x10’ booth and will allow access to the Exhibit Hall and must
be worn at all times.
NOTE: Exhibitor registration access codes will be issued (in a separate email) to all exhibitors
along with registration instructions. Codes are assigned for Exhibitor Area Only registration.
Numbers of Complimentary and Exhibit Staff Only registrations are based on the exhibitor
package purchased.
If you wish for your exhibit staff to register themselves, provide them with the access code to
make their own bookings.
NOTE: If your registrants exceed the allowable number, the regular Full Paid registration fee will
apply and you will require the access code for Full Paid registration.

Official registration badges must be worn by Exhibitors at all times during the Exhibit. Changes
in registration made during the event will be handled at the registration desk. Exhibitor badges
may be picked up at the conference registration desk.
Exhibitor Area Only badges provide entry into the Exhibit Hall only. Exhibitors who plan on
attending the Conference Sessions and all events must have a Delegate badge. Extra Delegate
registrations for exhibitors may be purchased at the full registration fee. Contact Kelly Benoit at

Exhibitor Area Only badges are not transferable.
