Sing Music Studio Opens Its Doors in Mississauga On Sept. 7, 2019, the Sing Music Studio in Missis- sauga, ON, held its grand opening party. Started by Mandi Galer, the new music school provides private lessons for children, teens, and adults, as well as Kindermusik classes, which are music and movement classes for babies and youngsters. For the last 13 years, Galer has been running the business from her home and rented spaces, such as churches and child-centred spaces. “It’s been my dream for a very long time to open a commercial space with multiple teachers MANDI GALER working for the school. A little over a year ago, I brought on an educator to help me teach our award-winning Kindermusik program – which has been recognized amongst the top five per cent of Kindermusik programs worldwide – and in 2019, I finally achieved the long-time goal of opening our own space!” Galer tells CMT. Sing Music Studio’s private instruction includes piano, singing, drums, guitar, bass, ukulele, recorder, clarinet, and sax, and they hope to add violin in the near future. There will also be Glee Club for 9- to 12-year-olds, on top of the two recitals they run for private students.
