1/2 cup chopped
prosciutto (or
deli) ham
1/2 cup mascarpone
cheese
2 tbsp. milk
2 tsp.
basil pesto

pumpernickel
cocktail bread
slices

fresh basil
leaves, for
garnish

BITES
1. Heat cooking oil in
small frying pan on
medium. Add prosciutto. Cook,
stirring occasionally, until crisp.
Transfer to plate lined with paper
towel to drain.
2. Combine next 3
ingredients and prosciutto in
small bowl. Spread over bread
slices.
3. Garnish with basil.
