with on the show floor remarked that she’d seen more people from Arizona at this show than a lot of shows in the states even! There was a heavy emphasis on the this show than a lot of shows in the states even! There was a heavy emphasis on the international opportunity that lies ahead, highlighted in the keynote by Brendan Kennedy, CEO of Tilray.

On the opposite side of the spectrum, the after parties brought back old memories of cost networking, friendly and open vibes, and a great feel for the cannabis community. I was happy to attend the official cocktail hour at BizCon, then head out to the White Sheep Capital Corp mixer hosted at Modus Ristorante…awesome vibes there, great crowd, and a well done job by the white sheep team. Afterwards it only seemed natural to head over to Hotbox cafe, and blow off some steam. Pictures not included of course, this is where I dropped guard as a content creator and actually enjoyed the party for once (great job as always Abi). Lastly the Global Cannabis Woman’s Summit was a hit, and tied together a great conference for me personally! I’ve nothing to report for Thursday, as the Ethical Image crew had to head out to create content for an LP in crop harvest mode (there are worse things in life ...).

One thing I want to make special note and thanks of was the food. That lunch buffet was easily one of the best I’ve ever experienced! Fresh, healthy, and delicious, the offerings were solid across the bar. Speaking of bar, the open bar to kick off the show featured a really great selection of local craft beers as well. I’ve attended hundreds of events and weddings in toronto as a photographer, and was very impressed by the attention to detail here...it’s the little things that matter! Thanks for reading my ramblings, and stay tuned for another casual report from the Grow Up Conference next month.
