Where do you see this industry in say 5 years time?

Partly wishful thinking perhaps, but increased branding for legal cannabis products, less stigma, lots of edible options including the beverage variety. I think alcohol and cigarette companies will stop kicking tires and take a stronger foothold in the industry.

I see. In your opinion, what is a major risk or threat to this industry from your perspective?

I would say costly regulations and taxing from the government combined with price wars resulting from increased production and inventory. Having said that, I feel demand will increase, particularly in forms alternative to dried flower. It will be interesting to see what happens.

Michelle, I wanted to thank you for your time .... before wrapping this up with a final two questions the last is more where our readers can find out more. Why "White Rabbit"?

It has been a pleasure, Louis, and thank you for taking the time to chat with me. So why White Rabbit? My sister was an avid Disney fan and she loved animals so that partially influenced my Alice in Wonderland theme. The White Rabbit carries around his little pocket watch and tries to get Alice to the Un-birthday party on time so I found some common ground there from a planner perspective. I’ve been having a lot of fun with it from a branding perspective. I recently organized an Alice in Wonderland wedding styled shoot. It meaningful to me and successful as we will be featured in six publications so far, including A Princess Inspired. This is a brief video of behind the scenes footage: https://vimeo.com/282543507 I’m in the process of creating something similar with a cannabis theme.
