The main one being that cannabis has no medical value, when there has been study after study coming out stating the complete opposite. I think some of it has to do with the way cannabis users are still being portrayed in the media, you see it all the time, in movies and tv. The typical "stoner" who is a bubbling, forgetful, lazy person, when in reality it is just not the case.

Cannabis has been treating millions of people every year for their symptoms and conditions and to say there is no medical value to it is just not right.

The Cannabis Act on the other hand, while it is a great start for the government it is not without its flaws. The first being the regulated amount of THC allowed in products is very restricting. Some users may need a larger dose in order to get the relief they need and may not be able to get the relief they need with the products that can be currently purchased.

The second is the products that are available to consumers are limited. There are no concentrates such as shatter or oil available for consumers to purchase which limits their choices in ways to consume.

With all that being said I am confident that the government will eventually amend the Cannabis Act as time goes on and the needs and demands of industry are met.
