Prior to the proposed merger, Aleafia had one of the largest clinic networks in the world let alone in Canada. Renowned cannabinoid as medicine practioner Dr. Michael Verbora is witih Aleafia and the Chairman is Julian Fantino. Aleafia focuses on seed to patient and thus far appears to have stayed clear from some of the gimmicks we have seen from others.

You may recall I wrote about the Canabo Medical Clinc back in July 2017 because I saw the company as extremely undervalued and I echoed that sentiment for the months that followed. So I was not surprised when Aleafia also recognized this and acquired Canabo. Canabo remains to this day as an integral part of Aleafia’s clinic model. So I again was not at all surprised when history repeated itself with Emblem.

In that same article from July 2017 I also highlighted Canada House Wellness (CHV) and Quinsam Capital Corp (QCA). I believe both of those companies also remain in play as “buys” and we will see how those two companies mesh with this case study a bit later on.

Emblem Corp, it has been said by many that I have spoken to, has set the industry standard for oils. I personally cannot attest to that or even add any opinion whatsoever due to a lack of product exposure. What else can be said about Emblem that will soon be part of Aleafia?

This is where I always second guess myself because when others publish smilar undertakings as this they typically include the location of all the facilities and production capacity etc. My approach has always been to give you the tools needed
