Over the span of his career , Savage ’ s impeccable talents , keen sense of creativity and natural storytelling capabilities have resulted in numerous accolades . Most recently , Savage was awarded the ‘ Bartender of the Year ’ award at the 2022 Vancouver Magazine Restaurant Awards . He created the ¡ Que Padre ! to honor the hands and hearts that create the ingredients we love and share together ; this cocktail uses cranberry Infused Tequila , Aperol , Spanish White Vermouth , Orange Blossom Water and grapefruit oils to create a Negroni-like experience that ’ s a touch brighter .

Ingredients
1oz Cranberry Infused Blanco Tequila 0.75oz Aperol 0.75oz Lustau Vermouth Blanco 3 dashes Orange blossom water
Method
1 . COMBINE all ingredients together in a stirring vessel . 2 . STIR with ice until chilled and diluted .
3 . STRAIN into a chilled rocks glass over a large ice cube .
4 . GARNISH with a grapefruit zest that has been expressed over the glass and trimmed nicely .

Similar to a Bloody Mary , the Caesar Cocktail makes use of clamato , a combination of clam and tomato juice . Canadian ’ s love it , and on average they consume a whopping 350 million Caesar ’ s every year ! Walter Chell , a Calgary restaurant manager , is widely credited with inventing the Caesar in 1969 . 1 x wedge of lime Pinch of salt as required 1 x celery stick 1oz Vodka
Method
Dash of Worcestershire sauce Dash of tabasco sauce 8oz of Clamato juice Ice cubes

WET rim of cocktail glass with lime wedge . |

DAB celery stick into a pinch of salt and add to rim of glass . |

ADD ice cubes to glass . |

POUR vodka , worcestershire sauce , tabasco sauce into |
