Physical activity doesn’t have to be expensive, although taking up a group sport and joining the gym both require money & investment - there are many other ways in which you can get active for free!
Get friends involved
Why not grab your friends and play a game of football in the park, it’s a great way to socialise whilst also getting physically active OR turn up the radio and get dancing, it's a great way to get some exercise and have fun at the same time.
Running
Free and highly effective. A major sport that is proven to protect an individual against anxiety and depression. Just 30 minutes, five days a week is enough to boost both mood and sleep quality.
