Who: Provided by Community Associations Institute, national headquarters( located in Falls Church, VA)
What: This unique designation is designed to acknowledge PCAM designees who specialize in large-scale community association management.
4.0 iii. When: 10 + years of community management experience, active PCAM license and currently( or within the past 3 years) managing a Large-Scale Community Association( Large-Scale Community defined below) a. A minimum of 1,000 units or a minimum of 1,000 acres. b. A community that provides municipal-type services, such as recreation, stormwater management, roadway maintenance, and neighborhood security. c. A minimum annual operating budget of $ 2 million. d. A single, contiguous community association with an on-site, full-time manager. iv. Where: Online application only.
v. How: a. Hold and active PCAM designation and have at least 10 years of direct community association management experience. b. Successfully completed the M-340 course or attended a Large-Scale Manager Workshop within the past 7 years. c. Meet the Application Point Requirements – 135 + Points.( 1) Minimum 40 Points for Education * Your M340 class is worth 20 points.
