Description: This course sequence introduces and allows students to learn and further expand how to use digital tools and resources to create, present, respond, and connect to music as an art form and / or industry.
Course Name: Theatre Fundamentals Course Number: 5 2. 0 2 1 0 0 9 9
Description: This course serves as an introduction to the theatre arts. Students investigate as a whole by exploring the techniques and origins of a wide variety of theatre arts in various cultures and periods. Upper levels enhance level-one skills by producing specific theatre styles in depth with performance opportunities.

Description: This course introduces the style and characteristic elements of modern musical theatre and covers production staging, orchestration, voice, and dance.
Course Name: Technical Theatre I Course Number: 5 2. 0 4 1 0 0 9 9
Description: This course emphasizes the technical aspects of play production including set design and construction, properties, lighting / sound design, box office and business management, publicity, make-up design, and costume design / construction. Students will have a hands-on experience in all these areas by providing the technical needs for current productions.

Description: This course introduce students to basic dance knowledge in order to develop coordination, flexibility, and strength while acquiring technical skills in preparation for further dance study.
