CANDIDATES’ OPEN FORUM
10:00-11:00 AM
At this event, you and your fellow candidates will be asked questions by the current NJCL officers. Then, the floor will be opened for anyone to ask questions. Be prepared for any question, serious or silly! Each State must bring 10 % of their delegation to Candidates’ Open Forum to secure full voting rights. Note that this is the last event before voting.
VOTING FELLOWSHIP
12:30-2:30 PM
State delegations convene for mandatory voting fellowships to cast their votes for candidates and amendments. Make sure to be with your State delegation, though you will briefly exit the room when they are discussing your position. Remain with your State delegation, however, until the candidates’ meeting at the end of voting.
CANDIDATES MEETING
3:00-3:15 PM
Candidates leave their voting fellowship early to attend this meeting, where the Parliamentarian and Constitutional Advisor share the results of the election. If able, bring a sponsor, State Chair, or other adult from your delegation to this meeting.
